Business outlook
Pros
Sonoco has an incredible team with a great business strategy. The drive to be a global leader in packaging has its roots in supporting their employees. The business has the feel of a much smaller organization but with the reach of a large global company. What I enjoy the most is having a focused growth plan and the corporate backing to achieve it.
Cons
One of the downsides of a global company is that sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you need, with so many resources available. There are initiatives in place to make this easier, and I have seen progress in the short time I have been here.
