      Stable company over all, Time-off, Good coworkers

      Leadership in Sonoco Display & Packaging is myopic. Cutting pay for dedicated salespeople who toil to get and maintain accounts. Freezing designer pay and outsourcing IT lowering morale and inhibiting effectiveness of staff. 100% turnover in sales leadership and 80% churn in over all sales due to cuts in pay and politics.
