I loved working for amply but after we got bought it by sonobi, everything crashed. The good thing is that in KC you don’t see many of the sonobi people often

I shared my concerns with these reviews when Sonobi bought Amply, only to be vaguely told that no sexual harassment had been reported to HR and that HR told the CEO my concerns. Moving forward, things got worse each month. The only thing these people care about is money. They (as in CEO and COO) are greedy and don’t care about individuals. The CEO directly calls employees, even on their PTO days. Not only is the management bad, but the purpose of the company is scummy. The whole purpose is to trick people Into clicking something that is click baity and make money off of them. The day after The war in Ukraine started, the company was talking about how they could “make money off of the interest in the war.” Someone said “I feel bad for them but might as well get something good out it.” Later, an employee passed away suddenly and everyone was expected to carry on their lives as normal. The ceo said “IF you’re effected then FEEL FREE to take the day off early.” The next week he said we needed to make as much revenue as possible. A good leader would not act this way. If you just started working for this company, find a way out. Many before you have expressed concerns. No action or care was shown.
