      - Amazing colleagues - Great managers - Work/life balance, never have to worry about having PTO denied or being expected to work while off - Inclusion of work incentives - Definite improvement over the past year - You will network with lots of people elsewhere in the industry

      Cons

      - Pay - Lack of tooling and infrastructure - Mass layoffs - Lack of diversity (especially amongst executives)

      Very laid back, workload is manageable, co-workers are understanding, friendly environment

      Excel/google sheet experience is preferred, can be fast paced
