SonderMind has been one of the best work environments I have experienced in my 23-year career. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being, ensures employees are recognized for their contributions, and fosters a culture of respect among colleagues—something I have never experienced to this degree in any prior workplace.

I genuinely cannot identify any cons of working at SonderMind.

Ability to make your own schedule.

Have not had a rate increase since 2020. The referrals are not consistent and many of them are almost a waste of time.
