Would suggest unless you have no choices, do not come to this company. It's basically only 1 people (the founder) as the company. All people working at this company is NOT paid, merely to gain some experience to enter the IT industry (yet later proves that this experience is not valuable at all when I was interviewed). Poor management with no patience to answer your simple questions and very often become temperable and impatient, saying you're so bad at your skills and literally knows nothing (and actually it's not). You basically receive nothing of training in terms of your experience at this company. All learn by yourself. If you're all acceptable to this, then you can continue.

I'd say the main benefit of working here is the opportunity for professional development. You're given a lot of autonomy in terms of projects and tasks.

If you need to be held by the hand and told what to do, this won't be the right place for you.
