Really glad the team and vibe here still stand out after all this time. And yes — growing fast sometimes means priorities shift fast too. Fair point, and something we keep working on improving. Thanks for the honest feedback!

Pros

Sombra has people-oriented culture and attracts people who share those values. The company puts a lot of effort into employee wellbeing and professional growth by offering training, certifications, knowledge-sharing sessions, interest clubs, and a solid benefits package. Employees are encouraged to learn, collaborate, and develop their careers. Another thing that stands out is Sombra's strong volunteering culture, with many opportunities to get involved in meaningful initiatives. The company's leadership is another major strength. Both executive leadership and middle management are supportive, approachable, and focused on continuous improvement and keeping up with industry trends.

Cons

As with most outsourcing companies, your overall experience depends largely on the project and client you are assigned to. Opportunities for growth, the technology stack, team culture, and day-to-day responsibilities can vary significantly between projects. While the company provides a solid foundation and support, the project itself often has the biggest impact on your overall experience.

Pros

People and strong corporate culture that is not just "written on paper" but it's the thing that helps to make decisions, become a better professional and cooperate with customers and colleagues on a high-quality level. I can honestly share my opinion, ideas, thoughts on processes/actions and expect that others will do the same regarding my work. 2. Social responsibility activities: things that make impact and bring you sense of importance. We take part in annual tree-planting initiatives, support internally displaced people, participate in charity runs, organize educational events focused on mental health, as well as wellness challenges and other activities. 3. Sombra is focused on grows, thus we change and adapt to the current market and customer's needs quite fast and proactively as well as improve our internal processes to this.

Cons

- Sometimes a lot of changes at the same time, but I like it - my knowledge and skills are always aligned with trends and industry changes. - In Sombra there is no possibility to stay invisible - you should take responsibility and ownership, always upgrade your skills and be willing to learn and grow. Here it's the "essential requirements".
