Upper management and owner don’t seem to care about their employees. Just want to save a buck. Basic supplies and store needs take forever to reach stores. Leaving store managers to pay for things out of their own pockets to run the stores properly.

Great team of employees at store level. Have had two district managers both very supportive in wanting the company to succeed.

CEO is the biggest issue with the company. He has no respect for the workers. He does not value anyone and due to that many people have quit especially management. I am beginning to think that I should start looking for another job. Many good people keep leaving. Its only a matter of time and the company will have all new staff.
