Pros
Great amount of direct clients/direct jobs to work on unlike most staffing firms. Most of the jobs we get are from past relationships with C level contacts. Ability to make 20-30 wins a year as a recruiter. A competitive environment, but without drama that I've seen in other firms. Most recruiters are tenured professionals that know technology.
Cons
Health Insurance is slightly expensive. No work from home/telecommute.
