Meaningful work - As an intern I work on multiple projects where one could see the value which was created for the client Client facing (for interns) As time goes on, interns are given more responsibility

There is a tone of travel as to be expected Long hours - sometimes 100+ hour work weeks but more commonly 90 to 80 hours
