The employee turnover rate was about 95% in 12 months. Based on the recent reviews, it appears that the management has become familiar with Glassdoor and has encouraged employees to place 'favorable' reviews- again the paranoia, always looking at others! We were required to watch fundamental Christian videos on a regular basis. The entire office was video recorded and the videos were reviewed by management. Employees were timed as to how long they had contact with other employees. Paranoia was rampant and it took over a year for me to be comfortable in my new job- constantly looking for the camera. The owner, MV, would go on tirades against employess that she didn't like (with a 95% turnover rate there were many) and would scream, yell, berate and ridicule them. I saw women and men leave her office in tears. This was a weekly occurance.
