      -People in the office are wonderful -Brand potential -Benefits -Can bring your dog to work

      Cons

      -The brand has great potential to be a leader, but it will be years before it gets there -Senior leadership doesn't communicate with directors/other management so you're left hanging out to dry and guess what everyone wants or needs -The CEO can't be bothered by the "little people" in the office, and only acknowledges the select few that he himself brought into the company

      My manager was fabulous, others maybe not so much. They are willing to hire without strenuous expertise.

      Paid Time Off Very Generous

      Cons

      Management is the worst I've ever worked for. Very unprofessional and slimy. Worst business decisions ever. Sales keep dropping under their management. Good old boys club. Women are substandard. They screw the hardworking employees over with treatment and low pay. They'll work you into the ground.
