With such a personal story of the CEO and trying to find a cure for his son, it is hard not to feel personally connected and invested in the success of the company. They really care about the culture of the organization and the people that are on their team so it is easy coming into work each day.
Cons
People are traveling a lot so sometimes the office can be quiet but when everyone is on site, it really feels like a team.
