Pros
I've been working here for about 4 years now and the firm has grown quite substantially. They have 3 fully functional floors. Amazing Canteen. Once you're in the good books, you could be a devil's child but stay in the good books forever. Being a Gujrati in this firm is an added benefit.
Cons
The HR himself is the biggest challenge working at this firm. The firm revolves around him including the proprietor. The HR hires good looking women and the youth irrespective of their talent and forces them into a resignation as and when he pleases. Most of the Advocates in here are fresh advocates, for they can be hired at a negligible amount. No training whatsoever is provided. Everything is gotta be learnt by your own self being constantly nagged by a partner who himself doesn't know whether he's coming or going. The Upper Management is completely lost. To the extent that a couple of them can't speak English. A Partner in this firm being a Law Firm itself doesn't even have a Sanad and has a team of about 7 people that he handles. The firm currently (In the lockdown period) is giving the Advocates question papers to solve for they don't want to spare the kids even for a day. The firm mentally harrows you and if you ain't "friends" with the HR, they shall do anything to frame you and get you out. The salaries paid are way too low and increments don't exceed Rs. 4000 maximum unless again you're good friends with the HR.
