The people I worked with were great!

Cons

You’ll be micromanaged to unrealistic KPI’s that won’t amount to sales. They don’t care about the their customers which is why customers are leaving. And they don’t care about their employees either. Which is why all of the good people leave. And the funny thing is, they don’t even backfill the positions. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen at a company.
