Pros
- Fantastic starting pay when hired(dependent on hiring manager) - Decent training and onboarding (before you're thrown to the wolves) - Tons of resources everywhere to succeed - Quarterly bonuses(when they actually get sent out) - Decent insurance and benefits options for full time employees
Cons
- No raises or promotions or even cost of living adjustments - been with the company for 3+ years and I have had one raise that was less than a dollar. - I have been promised a raise and promotion for literal years - This company doesn't care if you aren't able to eat or provide for your family, - If you bend over backwards and carry your team through challenges you're likely to get harassed and bullied until you step back. - People are quitting everyday and still there is no movement. Its because the company only cares about their profits. - They swap around management constantly because they don't want to give out raises, so even management is there begrudgingly and without adequate pay for the work they are doing. - They cross-train people that they feel don't carry enough weight for their home team - which creates MAJOR issues, the cross-trained people NEVER get enough training to succeed and end up causing more issues for the people trying to keep everything functional eventually driving customers to our competitors because they can no longer get reliable support.
