Micromanagement Over Strategy: There is an overreliance on micromanagement to achieve revenue goals, despite customer satisfaction being at an all-time low. Billing and Finance Dysfunction: The finance department has significant unresolved collections from the past year, and customers face major challenges reaching billing support to resolve issues. 401(k) Match Concerns: The 401(k) match is discretionary and unreliable. Despite being a full quarter past the fiscal year-end, the company continues to delay payment with vague promises and no firm commitment. Toxic and Inauthentic Culture: The company promotes a motivational, “go-get-’em” culture in meetings, but it feels disingenuous as there is little belief or follow-through. No effort is made to develop better processes to improve customer experiences or help employees feel valued.

Pros

None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

Cons

- high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
