Pros
You get to work with some really good people (although this doesn´t really matter because they all leave anyway)
Cons
- I have never seen management that cares less about their employees, the CEO is bad but I would certainly say the CHRO is way worse. She bullies her team and everybody that doesn´t support her thoughts. She believes the culture of fear is the best one and spreads this across her direct reports and her peers, so they compete with each other. Toxicity at its best. - You are treated as a number, or worse, as trash; and if you try to fight it back, be people oriented, you will get fired. - You are tracked on productivity by a software that it is constantly spying on your computer and the hours you work. - They obligate 100% work from the office because they don´t trust employees - when people complain about it, they are told they can leave as they are then just not good enough for Solera (and they tell recruiters they are just not good enough at recruiting if the people that join dont just suck it up) - There is no work life balance - you will just work and work and work, and for nothing because again, if you don´t agree with something and you are vocal about it, you will get fired. - The pay is not good. They make a lot of promises that never happen and a lot of times you are promoted (because there is no one left to do the job) but forget about getting a pay rise for more responsibilities. EVER.
