the only pro I can see is quitting

glass ceiling, a lot of gossiping, overworked, underpaid, not expected to have physiological needs (get warnings if you take a 10 minute bathroom break), a lot of gossiping, no growth opportunities, nepotism, lack of positive leadership, people with no relevant experience in high positions, no transparency, no regard for mental wellbeing or employee welfare, only account for own interest, do not deliver on promises (promised salary raise, but you will see it in your account in 6+ months- no backdates pay either), exaggerated expectations whilst offering little to nothing in return, superficial training, undervaluing employees, unprofessional work behavior
