Pros
Just successfully completed one of Cap Hpi's new assessment days and am looking forward to joining the company. After interviewing for several other account management and customer service roles with other companies where the 2nd and 3rd stage interview process dragged on over weeks, Cap Hpi's approach was novel, fast and effective. I enjoyed role playing with other potential employees and got a flavour of what the company does. Best of all I was offered a job to start with them shortly after the assessment day. In addition the offices are well appointed and ideally located in Leeds city centre, close to the train station. Ideal if you're a commuter. I'd recommend job seekers with customer service skills to apply to this growing company.
