Over the past few months, we have done a lot of work to ensure we only hire excellence, and that we hire only those with the right mindset who are invested in our team. We've realized in London, contractors dominate the engineering landscape and possess a different mindset - which is why we've been extremely successful in building out our Zurich/Dallas offices over the past few months. We are happy to say today, we have built a very strong team since, ensuring we only hire those with the right mindset and technical capability - and are continuing to grow at rapid rate!
