And some of the Solen-isms that stand out are: Ownership Mindset, Mutual Elevation, Will to Win and Figureitoutiveness.

The startup vibe where not all processes are in place and not all roles are defined, creates an environment with more ambiguity that require specific profiles and personality to work here.

Literally there are zero pros. Not a single part of what they said before I was hired was true.

Like other reviews, the CEO is a narcissist and it all trickles down from there. The pay is far below market standards, the benefits for a single employee are extraordinarily high, and everyone lives in constant fear.
