Look, this place sells solar utilities. The infrastructure already exists, so its an easy sale, but their job postings are wrong at best, and deceitful at worst.
This is SALES consulting, not "energy consulting" or "sustainability consulting" or "management training." Working for this company is making sales-- with ALL of your pay based on commission.
After their "fast paced management training" which is making sales and recruiting sales people, they say that you can "start your own branch" which means they dump you off to start your own franchise with sales people you've recruited through this job. After the year or so of working at Soledad, they just will say "start your own company selling whatever you want." Then you make your wage off of your team's sales. It's not a pyramid scheme, but it's close to it.
