So if you are into that like I am that awesome to be around likeminded peers. Staff has a genuine love for sneakers and passion to bring a positive contribution to the SoleSavy community.

Being that it’s remote, we don’t get to have too many in person meetings. Still figuring out protocols and processes so if you need a more establish way of doing things this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking to trailblazer than it’s a good fit.

-The CEO is delusional, every decision he makes is to feed his own ego -Advice of employees not heeded -Hypocritical leadership -Mass layoffs due to salaries, not performance (just a couple of weeks after the company blew funds on a retreat no one wanted to go on) -No growth plans for employees -Work-life balance is close to nonexistent -Speaking up is frowned upon -Favoritism to certain employees (a few received promotions just before mass layoffs) -HR is unhelpful -Many useless employees, you have to work around the many shortcomings of others
