Pros
The product Soldo have built and continue to improve is great and I believe it will strive to dominate it's space in the market. There are some wonderful people within Soldo, of which are below management level.
Cons
Working alongside people who believe bullying their peers is ok to deter from the fact they lack in performing within their role is the culture in soldo and is allowed to happen due to the CPO. If you want to be treated like your worthless, incapable of your job, humiliated and spoken to like your nothing then Soldo is the place for you.
