At Solcium, I am actually able to see my ideas put into action and management is actually listening to the suggestions that I make and the input I have. The benefits and work-life balance are amazing because the owners actually care and invest in the people that work here. If you are willing to work hard towards a greater good and you want to feel good about the type of company you work for - I highly recommend.
Cons
Solcium is still a growing company, and that means there are growing pains. Things change quickly and employees have to be able to adapt and grow as the company does. If you are looking for a very traditional 9-5 where every day looks the same, this would not be the company for you.
