Senior management were rude to staff

Good team of resilient staff who stick together and support each other through the hideous treatment they get.

The behaviour of management is out and out illegal, they run their team by intimidation and bulling. Screaming in staff faces and name calling are a daily occurrence. Staff are asked to work disgustingly long hours for no extra pay at the threat of losing their jobs if targets are not met.
