Plenty of room for advancement, great pay and benefit structure. We have a good management team that wants to know what their team is thinking and will listen. Great work/life balance.

It can be fast paced and we pivot to do what is best for our members and organization. For some, the change can be hard.

I am not required to write this review. I am doing it because this is the standard I expect from our team. If we ask employees to speak up, own their experience, and lead with courage, I should do the same. If I did not believe this is a five star organization, I would not be here. I would not invest my time working to strengthen the culture or raise the standard. I choose to be here because I believe in what we are building. I live what I coach. I believe in accountability, growth, and ownership. If I expect it from others, I owe it first myself. At Solarity: You grow fast. Coaching is real and consistent. You face hard conversations.
