      * Great people. People are friendly and happy to help you out, I made lots of friends there. People on my team were great to work with, very friendly and really knew their stuff, very competent. The manager that I had at Solarflare was the best manager I've ever had. * Great culture * Technical excellence * Low turnover, most people had been there for years

      Cons

      * Free cakes on tuesday. The cakes are so delicious that it is hard to avoid eating them, but they may cause you to put on weight if you aren't careful with your diet...

      Pros

      Collaborative company where I interact daily with people all over the world. Constant exposure to some of the smartest people in the industry. Fun activities and events happen at fairly regular intervals. Talented and knowledgable managers. Ability to provide input and people listen and respond.

      Cons

      Some very late and very early calls due to many global time zones

      It was a start-up mentality environment with the ability to contribute in a variety of projects.

      Multiple cooks in the kitchen. Challenging at time to move forward.
