Seems like a fun company

Cons

Very unclear online with their pay scale. They say they pay you 100/night however when you go for training they make it known your on commission only. With a $125/ WEEK safety net. Training is literally 2 hours then they put you on the phones. There should be a longer training session to know what your doing when you get on the floor. If you don't have a background in sales this will be very difficult for you to get acclimated to people hanging up on you and screaming at you to never call again. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this experience because it seems like a bait and switch.

We are sorry to hear you misunderstood how the pay scale works for the part time position. You have already gotten a response from me directly, so I know exactly who this review is from. At no point did anyone tell you there is a $100 a night base pay, $500 a week for a part time night position? The ad clearly states how the pay plan works, and if you work the phones properly you would easily earn $100 a night. The ad also clearly states there is a safety net pay, which is in place should you need it. At no point was there ever a bait and switch, what would the company have to gain by doing such a thing?

Pros

If you are just looking for something to do in your spare time and don’t rely on a receiving a paycheck on a consistent basis then this job could be for you.

Cons

Do not work here, it is not worth the headache of possibly not getting paid on time, you do not want to deal with payroll, you will be given the runaround. Didn’t get paid on the date I was told I would be paid on. The people I have encountered lie and make excuses to cover their mistakes instead of taking responsibility. Disrespectful, laughed at me when I was trying to get everything resolved with my paycheck being late and my bank charging me for their wire transfer.

Not sure who wrote this review, thanks for taking the time. But there's only a few possibilities here considering everyone on Friday either gets a check or direct deposit in the office. Either your a former in house employee in which our policy states that your last check is mailed, and some reason or another you didnt receive it fast enough. Or, your a remote employee, and we had a incident not long ago where remote deposits were delayed which were out our control so we had to manually get deposits and or checks out instead of our payroll company. Yes things happen that are out our control at times. Without details on who this is I cant really properly respond. Its a shame someone is so quick to run and complain, but rarely do people run and announce to everyone how happy they are about their experience. We have alot of staff, and we also go through alot of people finding the right type of worker for what we do. In life we come across a small percentage of people who you just cannot please no matter what, and we look at this situation as one of them. Our company provides a great opportunity for alot of people, we do things right, and we go out of our way for people. In 4 short years we have received national award winning recognition for our growth and how we operate as business. We are sorry to hear that your unhappy about your experience.
