Great Small Company - Account Executive Solar Contract Carpet Employee Review

The place was a great place to work when Candice Johnson ran the place she was fair, hard working, and everyone loved her. She made that company great. When she passed her daughter was working at the company and the owner came and in front of her daughter threw all her Mom’s personal stuff away and told her you don’t want it she dead and then he proceeded to tell us all how she was a horrible person who knew nothing.

I worked for Solar in Las Vegas for over 6 years it was an awesome place to work when it was run by a wonderful woman who passed. Then it went right to hell. Very unprofessional the owners need to retire they know absolutely nothing about treating their staff with respect. They work you to death and then fire you for nothing I watched tons of people go through that company. Clients complaining about every job. Office managers that are barley 21 smoking pot, hosting drunken during work hours. Office staff having sex in the warehouse and on job sites. The installers have stolen all materials from warehouse because nobody cares. They have female sales girls that are nothing but drama they have a drunken mess of a woman who’ only purpose is to start rumors and try and get everyone fired another one who spends her time sick with everything you could possibly imagine she does not work yet treats everyone like crap and the last was prissy to good for everyone married woman who was having sex with the installers. The place is a hot mess they really need to be investigated and shut down.

Casual Dress and some benefits after 6 months.

Terrible work atmosphere, it's dark, dirty, and no training was provided, plus the few other employees that are in the office make life unbearable with their terrible attitudes toward new people and severe lack of customer service! Not kidding, all they did was complain after customers would place orders or about the salespeople/management in TX, it was the worst place I've ever worked or been affiliated with. There was not 1 day of training provided and the manager was NEVER in the office to provide training. The first day on the new job, the manager was supposed to meet me at 9:00 am, didn't show up until 3:00pm and I sat at an open desk with literally nothing to do while the 2 other office employees didn't even try to make me feel comfortable, instead they ignored me. It was the most uncomfortable beginning to a job, and after that first day, it only went downhill. My new boss was in the office a total of about 8 hours over the next 3 weeks, so no training was made available at all, but I got to read a lot of books and FB posts. Also, there is NO vacation given during your first year, and they only give 6 holidays off. The employees need a serious lesson in customer service and friendliness!
