Pros
This company is what you want to see in a smaller family company: people who care about the work, project driven, and have the ability to make changes. I enjoyed working here. The HR and my bosses were great about my vacation and worked around my schedule
Cons
Field work can be random. One week you might work 70+ hours, the next 30. It's a service industry so you get that everywhere.
