Pros
Some of the other staff are supportive and good people, but we were strongly discouraged from communicated without management's presence.
Cons
The company is privately owned by two MDs, each of whom are suing the other. Meanwhile, the staff hasn't been paid properly or on time for three months, contractors, all year. There are allegations of embezzlement, four of my own clients told me they had been fraudulently billed by the company multiple times, and when I tried to advocate for them, I was told to "stay in my lane." Over the past year clinicians were given increasingly more work, less pay, and finally no pay when it was due. We were then publicly victim blamed, shamed, and told we were "part of the problem," when we complained, and asked for answers. This was all after we were lied to for a year about what was really happening with the finances. This company is on its last legs, and it should be. The owners should also be investigated for insurance fraud.
