They are only good with employees who are their close friends.. so good luck for those lucky friends of them
Cons
A company which is only good at firing working moms and to whom they have personal grudges and person who is taking stand for him or herself.. they don't need hardworking employees they only need employees who listen to them n can't take stand for themselves and specially.. the worst higher management who only want to rule their employees as per their requirement
