Hey - thank you for the feedback. It's of course challenging to hear that this is how you perceive the business. There are of course may contributing factors to why someone stays or leaves but in terms of the group, we are focused on high performance and we set a high standard - and overall across the org we have a very strong tenure. However I will make sure we look at the approach to hiring and ensure we continue to be robust in our assessment - landing the right people who are aligned to our values, stay and deliver positive impact.
