5yThanks for the feedback - of course it is important and if you believe that your compensation is not right for you, then please connect to your leader and or local HR team to discuss. Having said that, we are not only led by the market but by performance, by total reward (intrinsic benefits beyond just salary) and our internal structures so appraisals are influenced by more than just what the wider talent economy will pay.
