Hi - I am genuinely sorry you feel so strongly that you are using your time to write an additional review instead of channeling this energy into your current role and organisation. Feedback is a gift - we would love to be able to meet everyone's expectations but this is near impossible. Part of the reason for that is we are not the right company or culture for everyone. You have said we are one of the top 3 companies to work for - assuming you have worked at all three, I hope this has now given you a better insight into the right company and set up for you and your career and you are being a superstar there.
