Pros
This company has a great company culture and is growing at an extremely fast rate. This allows for growth quickly in an international company that puts you in the driver seat of your career. Great Perks, and the asesome people drive the success of this company.
Cons
Recent Partners have made the company make decisions that are not normal to how the company has been in the past. Looks to be making a move to go public in the near future and is really optimizing costs which causes issues with the freedom that we have had in the past. Hiring has been a concern as we have hired a lot of young talent with no to little experience. Training and Development has been a concern recently and needs to be worked on.
