We're fully remote, but there's daily interaction and easy, supportive communication across every department. It's a happy, collaborative environment.

Communication could be better - As a remote worker, I make a conscious effort to stay connected with the office and wider teams. There are times when I can feel a little out of the loop, but whenever I raise this, the team responds quickly and makes changes to ensure I’m included. This willingness to adapt and support remote staff is greatly appreciated
