1. Gives good package to laterals. 2. Have a good event organizing team. 3. Location: Mysore is cool..peaceful..zero traffic ...spacious..n still has everything to chill out
Cons
1. No work ethics with middle management.Some of them don't even speak proper English, play regional and personal favoritism, and still have a lot of power within the firm. Considering the smaller population of the company everyone has equal chance falling a victim to this. They are highly incompetent n not close to capable of doing any good to the company which can do much better with efficient managers. 2. Technical progress of company is driven by few technically sound resources who are quite unhappy on how they are treated. They are just there to make sure they get what is due. 3. Crowded work spaces 4. Onsite people who behave like clients and have their personal agenda which doesnt include companys progress 5. No business additions made..poor utilization of resources...poor placement in projects..ultimately loosing the client
