Would not recommend - Anonymous employee Software Paradigms Employee Review

The only plans the company seems to be working toward is how to grow big enough through acquisitions so they can look financially good enough to sell the company. This is only a benefit to the upper management and investment firm and is absolutely the worst for their employees and even their customers. Do not seem to make decisions based on what is the in the best interest of employees, or customers, only want to do what looks good on the balance sheet regardless on what it does to the people.
