      Pros

      Great exposure to deal work and the marketing efforts that go into landing these deals. Small, family feel office, so deals can be a bit on the smaller size. Higher level guys are very helpful.

      Cons

      As this is a smaller firm, the internship probably isn't going to result in full-time offer. They have enough people to work the deals already.

      Pros

      Family-like enviornment... This is a hardworking, smart, dedicated team in an environment where you are challanged but encouraged, all at the same time. Great place to work.

      Cons

      Investment banking/M&A can be stresseful, but this is also part of the excitement.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot about software including SaaS metrics, different types of common categories for software companies. The people there are laid back for the most part. If you put the work in, then there will be people there that want to help you grow/learn.

      Cons

      No guarantees for full-times and only recruit locally
