      Pros

      Very family oriented environment, people look out for each other, industry leading products makes it easy to support and sell, and really solid leadership across the board

      Cons

      Being a German company has it's pros n cons. A con being that the Germans are control freaks and too many simple decisions and processes have to be routed through them...thus slowing down everything tied to those decisions and processes.
