There is no "outside the box thinking". If they wanted a suggestion, they'd tell you the suggestion and then you simply complied.
The management cares about it's employees and provides direction when requested. The staff at SoftPlan is second to none. SoftPlan is a great place to work.
Cons
Can be very hectic during parts of the year with drastic slowdowns druing the summer due to builders schedules. The insurance package could be more robust.
