Pros
Nice borough and some nice coworkers.
Cons
No stars might be too much for this hostile, exploitative abusing hell. Had i viewed there comments,i would have never stepped into this madhouse.
One of the top managers is a case in point for narcissistic personality disorders. As is common with many companies the company lacks any management structures, but this manager acts on a whim and is subjected to swinging moods; delight in humiliating people, reinforcing Soft Paris notoriety as a workplace for shameless and abusive practices, with partners preying on vulnerable employees through daily insults, disparaging and sarcastic comments, at times even sexist.
Mistakes are never acknowledged; they would rather be blamed on unfortunate employees.
MICRO MANAGEMENT The manager combs through all emails, commenting most formulations, mostly negatively; the manager requires to witness all your interactions with all other stakeholders within the company.
NO HR. There is no HR department. Problems can't be voiced and have to be swept under the rug, as the judging parties are also the main cause of suffering within the organization.
This company has existed for 10 years. It is still in constant state of flux; employee retention is abnormally low. If they ever want to improve their people skills and listen to employees, they should tackle the anger, the pain expressed in the glassdoor comments. They should also stop making up stories in the few positive comments found here: there is no full-time graphic designer. No marketing manager has been promoted. Some employees are hired under another company - in all likelihood, a shell - so that they wouldn't be scared off by the shady reputation of Soft Paris.
One day a new employee is in, the next s/he is gone. Candidates, stay clear of the company for your own good and sanity.
