Got paid on the first pay period immediately. Expected the normal 1 pay period lag for small companies. Head office is well located.

Few contracts with agencies that are slow to make decisions. They seem to always be notified at the last minute and sometimes later if the contract has been renewed with employees having to sit at home till the government makes a decision.
