A few really good managers/MTs

Huge lack of communication which is VERY important with a home-based company. Things were down on their end and no one tells you until you're pulling your hair out thinking it's on your end. People get let go and their "supervisors" are not told about it until after the fact. 13 years and 2 pay raises.
