Pros
Working with Saudi Aramco PMT.
Cons
Avoid it at all cost (very low salary). First of all, wages will be given on the 10th or 13th of the next month. Secondly, there are not proper daily basis on which work should be done. Tons of projects, which is good yet project managers don't care; they use force to let you stay by providing an Overtime Work. So your weekend is gone for an overtime. Daily time sheets record must be done if you forget salary detection. Lack of coordinates between engineers & project / manager engineer's. Also, lack of knowledge even if engineer is 15 years experience. Usually, we get knock on the head when client shout at us how this is being handled ! We play on the client and go political engineer to convince them.
In terms of General Administration, fingerprints daily when reaching the office and getting out. Must give justification if going on vacation. If you tell them its personal they will not agree (they need the reason for your leaving). Company thoughts is money is First, employee is Last. Very poor Administration and HR policies. Very bad treatment as well. Management decisions are highly influenced by the unqualified and old employees.
