Excellent Company to work with - Joined recently , Employee Friendly , Friendly Team and Senior Management - Technical Lead Sofbang Employee Review

Great company to work for. Everyone is very friendly. Great demonstration of team work. They embrace diversity. You will see people from all different ethnicity and background. The management is very open to suggestions. They go out of their way to take care of their employees. This is one place where I have seen respect for all cultures. They invest heavily in their staff's growth. Technical team is very innovative. The company works with Enterprise customers. Everyone is obsessed with customer satisfaction. The management works very hard to keep their staff happy and entertained.

I really can't think of any cons.

Unfortunately - I can't really think of any pros… I was able to work from home though that usually meant consistent 12-14 hour days and weekends (foolish generosity). Working at this company was consistently structured for a "fresh meat - new employee" process only benefiting their incompetence and horrific project planning when no overtime or (or other) compensation was allocated. To say I was thrilled to leave this misery is an understatement.

I'll rate this as a minus 10. Long hours, confusing and conflicting instructions, Indecisive, completely unprofessional and incompetent culture. No clear communication or detail in understanding the complexity of projects, late edits and tasks with huge volumes of personal preference alterations. Just simply understanding/speaking english was nearly non-existent. Speaking the same project language, details and deadlines was a huge core challenge for each and every member of this destructive group. I hadn't read the previous glass door reviews of this employer before accepting the role. Only the negative reviews appear to be an accurate representation of my experience. Normally - I wouldn't care and chalk it up to lesson learned. But for this particular company and its consistent pattern of disfunction that has been practiced for years will remain a problem to those that join. They prey on inexperience, desperation and others should know about it.
