      Great company if you connect with the right people. if not, you're on your own.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism. Watched folks make million dollar mistakes w/o any consequence but others made smaller mistakes and get tossed aside pretty quick w/o hesitation. Expected to work long hours.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
